If you are looking for a place to search through a mind-numbing amount of templates, here it is (note Joomla is the new named version of Mambo):

If you want to do everything on your own, that's where I recommend to go.
If you want a bit of help finding a good template and customizing/making it work with your website, I’d be happy to help for either $50 an hour or some set price & work that we would both be comfortable with.
Note: many of the websites that had templates for Mambo, are no longer are around. That's because of the name change. It does make for a tad bit more work to make sure all the versions work together. But otherwise not a big deal.
