For those clients looking for longer term marketing campaigns we offer a monthly retainer which covers all management activity (including strategic consultancy, planning and project management) all communication with the client (including attendance at all relevant meetings) and any pre-specified activity. Expenses incurred by us exclusively on behalf of a client (such as postage, stationery and non-routine attendance at special events) are charged extra. Individual one-off projects such as promotional literature, advertising campaigns, setting up and maintaining a promotional Web site, newsletters, direct mail and exhibition work are commissioned separately, following approval by the client. We manage all these projects without extra charge, and all third party costs can be billed directly by the agency to the client. nxtConcepts applies no 'up-lift'.
