The principals had previously worked for corporate organizations and were very aware of consultancy companies providing relatively little value for high cost. nxtConcepts' role was to break the mold. We pre-screen them, so you don't have to. History: nxtConcepts was started in 2003 by Samantha Rufo. Rufo had worked in the ski industry managing both marketing and technology programs since 1996. After developing numerous successful and award winning permission based & eMarketing programs for ski resorts, she decided to take the "next concepts" in marketing to other businesses with the same needs. nxtConcepts was born. Results: No one can guarantee success. But, we follow methods that come pretty close. After years of developing, implementing, and testing, we have developed a format that consistently meets and exceeds the objectives of our clients. Our process includes: 1. Analyze current business processes affecting sales, marketing, and customer service operations. 2. Identify areas that benefit from out-of-box functionality; identify areas for improving efficiencies with customized or automated processes. 3. Define expected results and return schedule. 4. Map-out implementation time, customization requirements, and training plan. 5. Deploy software, customize application and business processes as required. 6.
