Great website.  Just make sure to get your company name and website linked to all the major London travel and tourist websites.  Even the airport websites if possible.

Also, have you considered branching out to the social networks and pay-per-click advertising?  Both can be very successful if managed correctly.

You also might want to consider a loyalty program for people that have used your service.  Send them coupons that they can use or hand to a friend.
